usually includes processed flour & sugar, but our lovemuffins are made with whole grain flours.  

for sweeteners we use a variety of natural alternatives, depending upon the type of muffin.

the butter, eggs and yogurt we use are always organic, and often local!

we use fresh local fruit when available.

for the muffins with jam in the middle we use local homemade jam or a yummy organic brand!
